House of Leaves: a novel

House of Leaves by Mark Z Danielewski is my favorite book. I don't really want to say what the book is about, because I think you should discover it on your own, but it's essentially about a house that is bigger on the inside than on the outside.
What I would like to show is how the book is designed. I have a fairly rare copy that is in full color with images. There are 4 editions of the book going from no color and no images all the way up to full color with images. If you can get the full color one, I recommend it.
House is always printed in blue.
The book is about the aforementioned house that is bigger on the inside, The house also contains a labyrinth. So the book printed as though you are reading through a maze, sometimes not sure where to read next.
Sometimes reading only a few words on a page.
Sometimes you have to do a little problem solving to continue reading.
The book also contains tons of drawings and photographs to really ad to the world.
I highly recommend this book.
