I went ahead and got the 'Absolute Strap', I highly recommend it. It's soft padding on the shoulder with a textured side so it doesn't slip.

It's not really made to carry a lot, They claim it's only made for the laptop, phone, and a notebook. But I fit all of this in comfortably.
